Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed at Outcycle Wear, it is processed immediately. Because of this, it is not possible to cancel your order after checkout.
Non-Acceptance of Parcels
When a parcel is delivered to your door or left at a post office, Outcycle Wear covers the cost of shipping. If the parcel is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it is automatically returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct $25 from the refund amount to cover shipping and handling costs.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return your product for any reason as long as it is unused and in new condition. To start a return, simply email info@outcyclewear.com and our customer service team will send you a return confirmation. Pack your product securely — preferably in its original packaging — and ship it back to the address provided in our email. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within two working days, provided the item is in its original condition and undamaged.
Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged during transportation, we will send you a replacement free of charge the first time. We cannot issue a refund for the first occurrence. If a replacement arrives faulty a second time, we will refund the full purchase price.
Lost or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will send you a replacement package before arranging any refunds or returns.
